Below par pay, good work environment
The work culture and environment is very relaxed. Flexible work hours and work-from-home options are there, although this varies from team to team based on the discretion of your manager. The quality of employees is also very good.
Less pay compared to other product-based companies, especially if you stay with the company. A few of my colleagues, earning less pay than me, switched companies and came back to Oracle with significantly higher pay than what I was getting.
Learn to value your existing workforce. If an employee has shown you the courtesy of job loyalty, then you should value them at least as much as those who switch and come back.
