Pros: I have been working here for the last 2 years. We are on some of the latest technologies with a good learning experience and team culture. Everything is great here, apart from compensation. No politics and management is also good.

Cons: Guys, if anyone has an offer from Oracle, please negotiate. They can give good money, but only when they are hiring you. After that, there's no talk about money and hikes. There's no appraisal cycle as such; we are accustomed to working in India.

Pros: Can’t find any pros in my tenure.

Cons: Where do I start? * No hike for 2-3 years. * Even if you get a hike after 2-3 years, it will be nominal, single digits. * The team culture is really bad, with no work-life balance whatsoever. The team lead will keep asking your work status every hour. Too much micromanagement. * The manager has left the team to the team leads, and the team leads are running the circus, trying to prove that even with fewer resources they can deliver a lot. * If you are not friends with the team lead, you are doomed.

Pros: Good snacks and good projects.

Cons: Nothing can be told now.
