Oracle is a typical big corp. Take the best out of it when you are in and move on in a maximum of 5 years.
Bureaucracy at its highest.
Too inconspicuous.
Not employee centric. Does not really care for employees like Sun, Google, or Salesforce. Very, very money-minded (which is kinda good).
