WLB can be good. No PIP.
Stale tech stack. Too many managers from Amazon who know s*** about CS but understand office politics.
It was very smooth and consisted of three technical rounds and one HR round. First round consisted of a puzzle and a pseudocode DSA question. Second was mainly on CS fundamentals and a coded algorithmic question. Last was Sudoku Solver.
I had given a telephonic interview. It was very good. But after that, I didn't receive any calls from HR nor from the manager. I followed up so many times. However, HR and managers of some departments lack professionalism and don't update feedback
Normal questions were asked, and projects were discussed. The interview was one-on-one, and the interviewer was helpful, assisting wherever there was an error on my part. Overall, I would rate the interview 4 out of 5.
