Choose if you need work-life balance
My role offers me good work-life balance. No questions asked after my shift ends. The pay they offered me when joining the company was good and matched market standards.
While the work-life balance is excellent, there's no significant growth in my job role. I haven't received any hike as well since I joined the company.
The management should provide growth opportunities and also offer better pay to match market standards.
