Close to home. Flexible schedule. Good benefits. The commute wasn't that bad at all, just annoying when it was snowing.
We only got 25% of our bonuses if we were ex-Sun Microsystems employees after the merger. Very underpaid.
You should give Ex-Sun employees the same benefits that the old Oracle employees get. After all, you bought the whole company.
