I the team I worked on: no pros.
Otherwise, Oracle as a company is a cool company.
Benefits are very awesome.
In my team, engineers are treated as slaves and they are expected to work even at 2 AM if the manager is awake.
Don't do micromanagement.
Engineers know their job.
Initial communication over the phone with HR followed in two call interviews with managers. Then there was a programming exercise sent via email and four on-site interviews with both managers and later with two technicians.
It started on a good note but ended very badly. I seriously did not expect this from Oracle. Do ask for salary/CTC before even taking interviews with Oracle. To start, I received a call directly from HR. I was interviewed for a team working on an O
This is a very long process; you had better have time. Normally, you are interviewed by someone from the MDC. They will ask some algorithm questions before you move forward with the project lead or owner in the USA. The interview feedback is usuall
