Or, as an entry-level job, Oracle is not a bad place to work for a year or two to add to your resume because it looks better on the resume than it actually is.
The fitness center is good.
Reward for level of contribution vary widely between groups. If you are unlucky to be in the wrong group, forget about career advancement.
If you are looking for some exciting work to motivate you, this is not the place to be.
Encourage middle management to be more transparent and honest in their feedback to the team they manage.
