There are many different development projects going on, and whether or not you enjoy working here largely depends on your project, your manager, and your team.
Oracle has a very hierarchical management structure; it is many layers deep.
There are a lot of middle managers that add little value.
Depending on the project you are working on, top leadership manages by bullying their subordinate managers, who will say anything to please those at the top.
Take a look at your management structure and managerial style. It's too autocratic.
