Old School with so many old students
Some teams are nice, like Toronto and Netsuite. That's it.
Long list, please bear with me :)
- Hiring young people with wrong promises.
- No salary raise.
- Lots of old people around, which makes you demotivated because they stick to old technologies and are very proud of it (big LOL).
- They use very old technologies and are proud of it.
- Burning out is common here.
Even if I give my opinion, these guys don't care. So enjoy your old school.
