Not that many possibilities to get a promotion.
Applied on Oracle's career site. Got a phone call from the team manager. Scheduled one hour technical interview. One day before the scheduled interview, got the call informing that the interview is canceled due to the hiring freeze.
This was quite challenging. The first round was easy, and I had four technical rounds before the HR interview. I applied to Oracle through my campus placements. I had one-to-one interviews where they focused mainly on networks and operating systems.
I got contacted by a recruiter, and then we spoke on the phone. The next step was to speak with a hiring manager. That call involved some questions about React, JavaScript, etc.
