It was the worst interview of my entire life. I applied online and spoke with an HR woman from Romania. She scheduled my interview meeting in Krakow, Poland. The meeting was with three people: one female tester, one male tester, and one male manager
I was solicited for an initial phone screen. Then invited to an onsite interview consisting of four 30-minute rounds: * Three technical/behavioral * One final behavioral I was treated well, but I'm from a place where cordiality is less lacking
I faced the first round of interviews and was asked about a self-introduction. I was also asked about the benefits of automation testing and how it compares to manual testing. Automation testing was easy, but why etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. et
