Conducted three interviews: * HR * Manager * Team Leader All interviews were over the phone and quite informal. Cannot negotiate salary as they follow a very specific salary band. Not consistent with non-competition clause.

Phone screen + 4-round OCI loop interview: two technical and coding, one system design, and one behavioral. Each round was a 1-hour Zoom call. Hackerrank was used for the technical parts. OCI values were an important topic.
