Conducted three interviews: * HR * Manager * Team Leader All interviews were over the phone and quite informal. Cannot negotiate salary as they follow a very specific salary band. Not consistent with non-competition clause.

Four interviews, a project in the end. Something not serious, especially if you have to learn Oracle's cloud solution which is worth zero on the market. It's a shame that at the fourth interview, after all this hassle, they got the meeting date wron
