Only work-life balance is good.
Reviews and hike cycles are a big joke; there is no defined time period for hikes.
Delayed hikes are also very poor.
Apart from salary, you will not get any benefits.
Bottom line: If they pay you heavily (at least a 50% hike), join and quit as early as you can. Otherwise, you are spoiling your career.
You might find many seniors working around you, eagerly waiting for a correction in their pay. Many of the managers/directors here have nothing in their hands during the hike cycle. So, they set a bar which is not at all realistic, thus running into arguments and making things worse.
You are unlikely to get a hike during your first year of joining.
Communication via an agent. The interview lasted 6-7 rounds. All technical but one. The interview was rigorous technically. The interviews were first conducted remotely, and then I was called to the Head Office for a 1-on-1 interview process.
The interview process began with resume screening. Once that was done, the first round was scheduled over Zoom (video call). It was a great time with a great technical person. After that, the second round was scheduled, and so on. The last round wit
The first and second rounds were core technical rounds. The first round focused more on core Java concepts, while the second round was more about problem-solving approaches. The third round was a managerial round.
