I worked there almost 15-20 years ago (system doesn't let me choose older dates), and they were the first one whose motto was "Work from anywhere as long as you complete it on time".
They were the first company who opened a second office in the city just because they didn't want their employees to lose time in the traffic, which was causing approx. 4-5 hours daily on route.
This resulted in employees holding on to their jobs and working even more.
There are lots of resources, but you are mostly on your own. This might be a challenge at first, but it lets you thrive.
