Process
There were three interview rounds. Due to Covid-19, all interview steps were held as web conversations. The whole process itself was quite quick, and it took about one week to get the company's decision that they had chosen me.

Great product + Excellent people = Awesome company
Engineer • Current Employee
San Francisco, CA
February 16, 2023
Pros: Interesting and challenging work. Good salary and benefits. Great people, peers, and managers. They really care about the product, the people, the users, and their health.
Cons: Like many smaller companies that are still basically a startup, Oura has a somewhat dynamic environment. New people join, some (very few) leave, and direction and priorities change more quickly than at the "dinosaur" companies I worked at. However, during 2022/2023, with about 500 FTEs, there is a noticeable improvement in stability and forward-looking plans.
