Pros: * Great product * Outstanding leadership, starting with the CEO * Good work/life balance

Cons: - The company is growing fast, and it feels like more managers than engineers are being hired. - Sometimes deadlines are decided without consulting engineers who are then accountable for meeting them. - Heavy performance review process.

Pros: - ŌURA is a remote-first company with no plans to require a return to office, at least for software engineering roles. - The company holds a leading position in the smart ring market and continues to show strong growth, making equity a valuable part of your compensation over time. - Generous benefits go beyond the norm, including a $300/month wellness stipend, $70/month internet/phone stipend, $750 annual professional development budget, and a one-time $500 work-from-home setup allowance. The flexibility in how these can be used is a big plus. - PTO is well above average: 4 weeks of vacation, 8 Wellness Days, and 13 paid holidays annually. This aligns more with the amount of PTO that European companies get, and you don't have the BS that comes with "unlimited" PTO. - Despite operating at startup speed, management takes work-life balance seriously and makes real efforts to adjust workloads based on employee well-being. - You'll work with modern, cutting-edge technologies, rarely, if ever, dealing with outdated stacks. - Management is outcome-focused and gives teams autonomy to determine how best to achieve their goals, providing a high level of trust and independence.

Cons: - The pace of progress can occasionally be too fast, leaving limited time to address naturally accumulated technical debt. Periodic cool-down sprints would help the team recalibrate and maintain long-term code quality.

Pros: Fully remote. Open and relaxed conversations. It gets the feeling that you are truly valued and wanted.

Cons: Cannot think of any.
