Process
The interview process was well organized and managed despite the cross-Atlantic sessions. The process was thorough, and Oura showed genuine interest in getting to know me, involving many stakeholders with whom I would be working.
All sessions were held as agreed; interviewers were on time and focused. HR, if not part of the interview session, called back post-meeting to get feedback and describe the process moving forward.
All in all, a fantastic experience!
