Although the interview was long, this was the best SWE interview process I've ever had. No LeetCode questions, no "design Twitter," just passionate people hoping to get to know my skills, mindset, experience, and personality.
Every interviewer was friendly, supportive, and understanding of my mental state, which helped me perform at my best. 10/10 recommend!
