Process
I only reached the phone screen interview. The interviewer seemed inexperienced and unprepared, running out of questions to ask and making them up as he went.
The interview was pretty straightforward and predictable, and I felt I had honestly done well. Overall, I felt the assessment was unfair, as he seemed more focused on talking about himself. This painted an image that the company is run by elitists, which is not the kind of people I would like to work with.
