Process
The recruitment process can be a bit long and tiring.
After a couple of HR phone interviews to go over your résumé and motivations, you will have to complete an online coding challenge. The challenge is hard to solve entirely in 75 minutes, but it's really interesting.
Then there's a 1-hour long coding interview with a software engineer, where you will use a shared coding sheet. You'll have to solve and explain any challenge they might present.
Ultimately, they will bring you into their London office for a full day of live interviews, including whiteboard coding.
