Process
First, I received a 30-minute call from HR, and then I was set up for a first-round technical interview.
They use a third-party company for interviews, and it seemed that the focus was very much on making code that actually runs.
I did not manage to complete the exercise on time to run, and soon enough, I was rejected.
Overall, it was a good experience, though. The process was fast, and my recruiter was very helpful.

Pros: People are very smart.
There is room to grow. It's not uncommon to see people who have been in the company for 1-2 years becoming Leads.
Huge responsibilities from day 1.
"Choose your own adventure" -> You can create your own growth path in the company if you see the need for it. For example, if you work on X product/customer but you see that there is a need to develop another product, you can start working on that without an issue (as long as you don't jeopardize your other role).
D&I is big here. You can get as involved as you want with this, and that's awesome!
Overall, this is an amazing company. I love it.
Cons: Too much autonomy at times. This is also a pro, but being independent and figuring out things on your own is not for everyone.

Pros: - Smart and diligent coworkers
- Nerd culture meets business sense
Cons: The work itself becomes boring soon. It's essentially the databases 101 challenge SELECT ... FROM ... WHERE, over and over again.
The promises of the contract offer were not honored in full: The starting date was pushed back several months on short notice (2 weeks). Stock was not granted in full. Many perks have been slashed after the IPO.
The starting salary is high for recent graduates but then stalls. Progression cannot keep up with other tech companies.
