I applied for an internship position.
I was contacted by a recruiter in September, and it took two months to actually have a phone interview.
It took a lot of time to schedule a phone call. Then, the interviewer didn't show up. Two more weeks passed before I got another interview scheduled.
The interview was easy and went quite well, at least in my opinion. However, I then received an automatic rejection letter with no feedback, which was disappointing considering the amount of time I spent discussing with the recruiters over the two months.
