Process
I got an email from Palantir shortly after applying to request an online coding test. I got 2/3 of it right, but did not move forward. They likely look for a 100% correct test.

Pros: You can choose to be as technical or nontechnical, as intense or chill, as rigorous or speedy as you want it to be. With some political know-how, the entire landscape becomes yours to navigate, and you can simply pick and choose what skills you want to grow.
Cons: You can get put into some really, really, really bad teams, and in that case, your technical skills will atrophy beyond recognition.
