Forward Deployed Software Engineer Interview Experience - Washington, District of Columbia

Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

I completed the first virtual round, which included a coding assessment.

I got the question fully right, explained every step, and passed the test case as well as both edge cases.

The interviewer was very poor and not responsive at all. It felt like I was talking to myself the whole time, even when I asked if he was confused by any of my explanations.

I didn't even make it to the virtual onsite, and there was no feedback provided on why.

Overall, this company is trash and a waste of time. It seems they have no real intent of hiring people and are just wasting your time.
