I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then a 30-minute technical phone round with a Palantir engineer.

Moving on, I participated in a virtual onsite, which consisted of:

• A 1-hour decomp interview
• A 1-hour learning interview

Finally, I had a 1-hour interview with a hiring manager who went over some weak points in the previous three interviews.

All the people I talked to were enthusiastic and easy to talk to. The only complaint about the process is the interval between each round of interviews, which led to the entire process taking about three months.
