First, there was a phone screen, then a technical interview, and lastly, a final virtual round. That final round consisted of three rounds of technical interviews with an engineering team. I would have spoken to a hiring manager next, but I didn't get that far.

Pros: You get to work with smart people, office perks, meaningful work improving social welfare, and stopping bad guys.
Cons: There is a lack of diversity and inclusion. Working to help people is more for the brand image, to counter the stigma of working with the DoD. I've seen people caught up in bad situations who did nothing wrong get let go, no questions asked.
