I completed the omniconverter challenge on their careers website and received a call from HR within a couple of days.
The HR representative asked two technical questions, surprisingly, apart from the standard inquiries about how I learned about the company and what the company does.
The first phone screen lasted 40 minutes and was conducted by a member of the infrastructure team. There were two algorithmic questions.
The next interview was with another team member. I was asked a few behavioral questions and about my experience with Linux. This was followed by a system design question.
I was all prepped for the algorithmic and system design questions, but, in my opinion, I faltered in the behavioral section. Questions included: What skill sets do you bring since you are not a CS major? What is your motivation for joining this position? Also, I guess I was underselling myself during the interview, which should not have been the case.
