I received an email from a recruiter who found my resume on the university career page. We set up a phone call to discuss the position, Palantir, and the interview process.
I then had a phone screen a few days later. A week after that, I heard they weren't interested.
I can't say it was a bad experience. Palantir is a good company, and the recruiter was a nice guy.
Mostly pretty standard stuff.
