The community.
The friendliness of everyone.
Amazing people helping peers.
The hectic city of New York is sometimes too much.
I interviewed for a software engineering internship for the Fall of 2018. Rounds: * **Recruiter phone chat:** Make sure you can answer why you want to work at Palantir in depth. Some people can get rejected at this round. * **Coding challenge:
Two Karat interviews, and neither went well. You get to know about the interviewer long before the interview day. Karat has a special platform with all the tools to conduct the interview.
Heard back a few months after I applied. Had a conversation with one of their SWEs as a screener. I thought it went well and he said they'd reach out for next steps. Received a rejection a few days later.
