The interview process began with an HR recruiter who was very friendly. This was followed by an interview with Karat, where a couple of technical questions were asked. Subsequently, two problems were presented. I did not make it past that stage.

Pros: You do get a lot of responsibilities fast, so it can be good for learning on a first job.
Cons: There is close to no career progression (monetary or level) at Palantir with additional responsibility. Very little control on what you get to work on as a new hire.
