Process

After completing the OA 9 days, I was invited to the Karat interview. The interviewer was quite nice and friendly.

The interview started with an introduction to the interview structure.

Then, I was asked about concepts and complexity analysis. The next 45 minutes were dedicated to coding, and I was required to run my solution.

Questions

Given a list of pairs, like [(1,3),(2,4)], find nodes with 0 or only 1 parent.

Given a list of pairs and 2 nodes, determine whether these 2 nodes have a common ancestor.

Given a list of pairs and 1 node, find the farthest ancestor.
