I interviewed at Palantir for a New Grad position. The process was really long.

My recruiter was really nice.

Here's how the process unfolded:

• Applied online and was reached out to by the recruiter.
• The first round was a Karat interview with three coding problems.
• The second round was an HR call, mainly about why Palantir and past experience.
• The third round was a Virtual Onsite (VO), lasting two hours.
  • The first hour focused on decomposing a complex problem, mainly system design.
  • The next part was a learning problem.

I was rejected at this round. I heard there was another hiring manager (HM) round.

BQ is mainly about company and past experience.

Karat is about graph.

VO is about system design and learning a new concept.
