I applied through an employee referral.
A quick recruiter call came first. This was mostly behavioral and pretty easy, nothing super technical. Then they sent a Leetcode-style technical assessment to complete on my own. This was pretty difficult and definitely should be prepared for.

Cons: Working long hours is necessary for job advancement. It is difficult to speak about your technical work publicly, which makes it hard to be part of the broader engineering community.
