The interview process begins with a recruiter phone screen. During this call, you're encouraged to "drink the Palantir Kool-Aid" to prepare for explaining why you love the company to interviewers.

Following these instructions, you proceed to a technical phone screen, where you'll be asked to solve a medium-level LeetCode problem.

If successful, an onsite interview is scheduled, comprising three rounds:

• Debugging
• LeetCode medium problem
• System design

Before the onsite, candidates are required to watch several hours of videos featuring Palantir employees discussing their positive experiences. The delivery often appears scripted and devoid of emotion.

Finally, a hiring manager interview takes place, which also includes a LeetCode-style problem.

After completing all stages, the recruiter often disengages from communication.
