I applied online and got a call from HR from the UK(I have no clue why she is located in London). Then I got rejected. HR is pretty causal. She asked me a lot of behavioral questions.

Pros: Palantir is a very well-run company with incredibly high-caliber employees and products.
Code reviews are rigorous, and the quality of software is stellar.
Lots of interesting work, fast-paced team.
Cons: The company's culture is such that you do need to be willing to commit more than just working hours to it. There is a culture of Palantir being in many aspects of life, from weekend hangouts to business trips, etc.
