Interview rounds:
- The 1st interview is a phone interview.
- The 2nd is a technical interview.
- The 3rd and subsequent interviews are in-person technical interviews.
All virtual technical interviews are conducted over Zoom with a current employee of the company who will review your application and the code you are attempting to publish.

Pros: Extremely smart people who I've learned a ton from. They have very impressive technical impact and work with lots of cool clients.
Cons: Some questionable decisions from leadership, including really sparse raises after the stock tanked. This caused a lot of really good people to leave. I was very concerned about the brain drain before I left.
