After passing the object-oriented online assessment, I had a 20-minute phone call with a recruiter. They asked basic questions about my resume. I was rejected three days later. The recruiter was nice but not incredibly engaged.
The interview process was long and well thought out. You had the opportunity to talk to many different individuals, and they all spoke very highly of the firm. Each round has a unique quirk to it. They walk you through problems if you don't know how
