Front End Web Developer Interview Experience - Santa Clara, California

Process

I received a call from a recruiter after I applied through LinkedIn, and we discussed my background.

Then, I went through a round of interviews about my background and personality. I was then called in for an onsite interview.

At the onsite interview, I was only interviewed by one person who asked some basic questions about UX. That was all.

The recruiter who was supposed to speak with me onsite did not make it, and I ended the interview 20 minutes after I arrived.

Three weeks later, they have not bothered to let me know that they decided to move on with another candidate or offer any other word at all.
