Process
I had a talk with the recruiter, then a 45-minute talk with the hiring manager, who asked easy questions about the cloud.
I received a homework project. I returned it after a week and got a response with two bugs to fix. I sent a fix after one day and received a call informing me that they decided to pursue other candidates whose skills and experience are more aligned with the requirements for this particular opening.

- 1.0Terrible and toxic culture. Think twice before joining. The "Wow" in this place is falseEngineer • Current EmployeeTel Aviv-Yafo, IsraelJanuary 23, 2020Pros: Firewall: one of the best in the market. "Brand Name" The pay is good, but not enough.Cons: This is the most horrible place I've ever worked for. The culture is toxic. The People Team (HR) will tell you fairy tales during the interviews about how good the company is, but the truth is this is a toxic place. Stay away for your health. The team dynamics and internal processes are a big mess! The retention in this company is very low; employees are leaving at a high rate even when offered additional RSUs and salary increases. There is no work-life balance at all. High stress all the time. Company communication between HQ and the R&D site department is catastrophic. The place is hiring aggressively due to the amount of employees leaving, not due to growth, and there are several reasons for that.
