Coding challenge with the hiring team. Two interviewers, although it's unclear why shadowers never say "hi" or "smile." It's a straightforward 1-hour round with an introduction, coding challenge, review, and Q&A.

Hiring manager. I bailed out during this round.
Poor compensation for the East Coast. If they think they can lowball New York as a Tier 2 city, there are other companies offering comparatively reasonable packages for this location.
I'd stay away from applying to future openings.
