I had an HR call and scheduled an interview with the Director. The job requirements matched my experience and skill set.
I then scheduled a five-panel interview for one full day.
During the interview, I was not able to make a connection with three out of the five interviewers. There were significant communication gaps and knowledge variance.
Despite my resume and experience being close to the job requirements, I felt I wouldn't have a chance.
I did not receive an offer.
