Pros

Good technologies, but only if you get the opportunity to learn and grow.

Cons
  • HR works for managers, not for employees. It's a manager-driven company where employee input is hardly heard.
  • HR and management would keep managers to meet just numbers, even when managers have bad behaviors.
  • There's a bad culture from senior management. The hierarchy tries to cover up bad culture and get rid of employees who try to maintain good culture and speak up for the right thing.
  • Non-technical managers make it hard to convince them of technical problems or solutions.
  • In R&D, they hire non-technical managers to manage engineers, so you can imagine. They also don't let engineers interview the manager and get hired without the team's 'yes'.
  • Favoritism is involved in performance ratings.
  • Get ready to work on nights and weekends.
Advice to Management

Hear and work for employees; don't cultivate bad culture to meet deliverables or revenue numbers.
