Excellent product and compensation. Unsure about individual growth
The products are all well-known, best-in-class in enterprise security, and almost everyone in the Bay Area is using them, especially GlobalProtect. Product ratings all over the internet are strong, and it seems to have a bright future.
The company is still relatively small, so not a lot of information about TC ranges has been published. It's unsure how much TC growth is possible here.
Assure employees the company will fight hard to keep them and they'll be super loyal.
Employees are most productive after getting used to the tech stack they work with, which is a huge investment on the company's part. Don't risk losing good engineers who know your tech inside and out.
