Very competitive salary. Stocks are going up. Excellent benefits and perks. The India office is very nice. Big company, relatively stable.
Indian employees are treated as a services team by US members.
Leadership lacks a clear vision and goals.
Service company-like culture in some aspects.
Work/life balance is an issue, as US teams do not respect India timings.
Slow to change.
Less learning opportunities.
Internal politics, which can be expected in a big company.
Focus on fast development. Create a strong vision and align your goals to your vision. Remove biases and let each development center be independent.
