Screening process where they called for a Zoom. Two simple questions. Interviewer had difficulty explaining the problem and told something, but expected something else. It looks like the manager prepared to take the interview.

Applied for the job using a posting on Glassdoor. Was first contacted by a recruiter who wanted to know salary details from the first go. He set up a phone interview with the manager, which went well, and I was then invited for an on-site interview.
