The interview process included:

• A screen with the recruiter.
• A JavaScript-oriented technical interview where I coded on a LeetCode-style platform while an interviewer watched.
• A three-interview panel:
  • An architecture interview where I produced a diagram while screen-sharing.
  • A React-focused technical interview, similar in format to the first one.
  • A "tell me about a time" style interview with the hiring manager.
• Finally, a culture fit interview with an engineering director from another team, which was also a "tell me about a time" style interview.

Before each phase of the interview process, the recruiter would call to give me a rundown about what to expect and how to prepare for the next phase.

Throughout, I felt the company was transparent about the process and the timeline. I also felt they were respectful of my time.

I'm not going to share the technical questions, but in the culture fit interview, I was asked about a time when someone changed my mind.
