Process

The interview process consisted of three steps:

  1. I spoke with the recruiter and then took a quiz covering the basics of different programming languages and some debugging questions.
  2. I had a behavioral interview with a supervisor that reviewed my experience and included a few technical questions.
  3. Finally, I had a technical interview with a manager. This interview was more behavioral in the end, as they had already gained a good understanding of my technical knowledge in the previous steps. We discussed my prior experience in more depth, including what I did previously, how I worked with a team, and how I solved problems.

Overall, I had a great time talking with everyone, from the recruiter to each of the interviewers. They were very transparent throughout the process and easy to reach. While I'm not sure if I can name them here, each of them did a fantastic job demonstrating their passion for their jobs and the company. This gave the strong impression that the company genuinely cares.
