Pros: Lots of chances for advancement, if you're a hard worker. The people are all great to work with throughout all departments. The management all the way up to the top really cares about you.

Cons: It is stressful work and can be very demanding at times, but you are rewarded for that hard and demanding work.

Cons: Sometimes too big for its own good. Frameworks that exist with the intention of fairness and measurability end up hurting overachievers by not compensating them for the extra they put in.

Pros: Great if you have no working experience after college. Your immediate team and leaders are great.

Cons: Push unreasonable deadlines, make promises they won’t keep, such as telling the development department that they’d stay working remotely. Management above your direct leader doesn’t care and won’t go to bat for you or your team. Oh, and if you put that you’re available to work on your LinkedIn, you better mean it because they’ll make sure you’re available for work and let you go because of “low performance” without any proof.
